We are a pet boutique proudly based in St Paul, Minnesota, United States. All our operations are managed from our Minnesota headquarters.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer Free Shipping on all orders across the United States. There are no minimum purchase requirements or hidden fees.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Our total estimated delivery time is 4 – 9 business days. This includes 1–2 business days for handling and 3–7 business days for transit.

What is the daily order cut-off time?
Our daily order cut-off time is 02:00 PM CST (GMT-06:00). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor your package’s progress.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return window?
We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date your order is delivered.

How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, please email us at support@pawptail.shop with your order number. Once approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label via email.

Is there a restocking fee for returns?
No, Pawptail does not charge any restocking fees on approved returns.

Who pays for return shipping?
We cover the full cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid return label, so you don’t have to pay anything out of pocket.

What if I change my mind about a purchase?
No problem! We accept change-of-mind returns as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and within the 30-day window. No restocking fees apply.

How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?
We exclusively accept PayPal for all transactions. You can complete your purchase using your PayPal balance or any credit/debit card linked to your PayPal account

You can request a cancellation before the order enters the processing stage. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, and the return process must be followed.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days. We will prioritize your case and arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
