Pawptail offers free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase requirement.
The price shown at checkout is the final amount you pay for your order. There are no hidden fees, handling charges, or additional shipping costs added after checkout. Transparency in pricing is an important part of our customer experience. Customers will not be charged extra for standard processing, packaging, or delivery.
Order Processing & Handling Time
- Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Order Cut-Off Time: 02:00 PM CST (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time. Orders placed before 2:00 PM are eligible for same-day processing. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

- Transit Time: 3–7 business days. Transit time refers to the period the package is in the carrier’s possession. These are estimates and may vary based on the destination and carrier operations.
